Do you want a stable assembler job where quality, responsibility, and professional pride actually matter?

We are now looking for a technical assembler for a long-term assignment with a high-tech company operating in a security-classified environment.

This is not a quick fix. It is a job for you who want to build competence, work in a senior team, and be part of an operation where every detail counts.

  • Direct employment with the client (recruitment)

  • Full-time, daytime - Monday to Friday

  • Start: Immediately as agreed

What you get in this job

  • A stable, long-term job (not projects for a few months)

  • Thorough training (about 12 months), you become an expert, not a “resource”

  • Work in a small specialist team with high competence

  • A work environment where safety, quality, and respect are real, not just words

  • Opportunity to develop technically and grow in the role over time

Job Responsibilities

You will work as a technical assembler in a security-classified environment and be responsible for ensuring that the work is done correctly from start to finish. Examples of job tasks:

  • Assembly, testing, and quality control of technical products

  • Work according to clear processes and safety routines

  • Documentation and follow-up

  • Close collaboration within the team

  • Report deviations: quality always comes before speed

Who we are looking for

This is suitable for you who are confident in your professional role and take responsibility for your work. You have:

  • Experience in technical assembly or similar qualified work

  • Interest and patience to learn advanced systems

  • A professional attitude towards safety and accuracy

  • Ability to work in a team and speak up when something is not right

  • Ability to travel for work (about once a year)

Meritorious (not a requirement)

  • Experience in testing and verification

  • Previous work in a security-classified environment

  • Technical education

  • Knowledge in electromechanics, pneumatics, or similar

Important to know

This is not the right role if you:

  • Want to change jobs often

  • Are looking for short projects

  • Prefer high speed over accuracy

It is the right role if you want to be proud of what you build.

Application - simple and fast!

Does this sound like something for you? Submit your application today! Selection is ongoing and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Applications are made through our system; please note that we unfortunately cannot accept applications via email.
